Good day friends.

It’s been a little while since I’ve spoken out on this keyboard so y’all better hang on. I have been pondering this writing for a couple weeks now and I always end up on the “change” word. I guess that nothing certain but change saying just got hammered in over all these years. The year-end celebrations are all fading. Fall and Thanksgiving, Christmas celebrations and The New Year and all those changes that come about are just dim memories for most. Not everyone, a few hang on to genuine relevance and then, well most just run through the commercialization and move on. Maybe we all fit into that sentence at some level.

There is so much change about us, it feels rampant. It stretches from the middle eastern countries and continents to our own back yards and everywhere in between east to west and north to south. We’re all doing different things with it in different places at different levels. The rampant explosive changes or exploitations are from Churches, Schools, Governments at all levels, Roadways, Public Spaces and Workplaces to Homeplaces. If I stopped right here, it would feel so sad and negative and downward trending for us all. As I thought through this, I was able to become uplifted. It is growth and learning and adapting and maturing and maybe some of these horrific situations and  actions are for the education of us all.

The trucking service business is surely changing. I am often having to remind myself of this, yes another saying, “Don’t stumble over something behind you.” We’re continuing to grow, learn, utilize new processes, train, and diversify (I don’t really like that word) expanding on our offerings. Our on-line store though it has miles and miles to go has come a tremendous distance. We are moving in the direction of soon having our entire product offering available in that on-line venue. It will soon take on a different look with added features of ease and with a friendly feeling. This way by some’s standards may lean toward being to our detriment, however we don’t intend to take humanity completely out of this either. Humanness and service is what brought us here so we’re going to try not stumbling over those things behind us and grow into the future with the future’s way while holding on to what got us where we are.

The days are changing, getting a little longer sun time with each revolution. We still have some cold days of this season ahead but in seemingly a snap of your fingers they will have passed. A new year has begun with new hopes, dreams, and desires. Before you know it, our trucker friends will be digging out, wiping, washing, and rubbing on these trucks. These folks will be showing by example what having pride in what you work with really is. It’s also amazing how this unfolds with competitiveness yet in tremendous camaraderie with each other.  And then there is this “Everyday of our lives, we are on the verge of making those slight changes that would make all the difference.” Be careful and Keep Your Cool. It’s a Zoo every where out there!

All the Best.
