Returns and Refunds

  • All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.

  • Special order parts

  • Items marked as clearance or final sale

  • Installed, damaged, or altered parts

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Mid Eastern.
